don't you just love to be away for a couple of days, be carefree and not be responsible for anything except yourself? selfish as it may sound (haha), i really had a grand time being in singapore with my buddies oly, omeng and tania. metrophoto had actually two e-sessions there, but i was on leave as a photographer, and so oly and omeng pretty much had to work for two days hehehe :P
one thing i like about singapore is that the city is so clean that you can totally walk on your flipflops the entire day and you won't get dirty at all! the weather is a bit more like manila, though, but a bit more humid. we probly walked most of the time.. and walked.. and walked.. and walked.. haha. did a bit of shopping in the hope of finding really good sale items. i did get a couple from springfield and levis. pretty cheap stuff compared to manila!
we stayed at the orchard hotel along well, orchard road. hehehe. here's tania and omeng by the corridor. 
we had coffee and a couple of crazy stories in TCC - the coffee connoiseur along orchard. i love that this coffee shop is open 24 hours! :) 
on our way back to the hotel, we had to make use of nokia's ads in one of the mrt stops and do a couple of photos. you can just imagine what a nuisance we were to the commuters. haha! good thing it was kind of late and we had plenty of time to play with. i love how singapore is so photographer friendly! 
we pretty much did the same thing the coming days.... sleep, eat, walk, shop, eat, shop, shoot, email, eat, walk, sleep... in that order. hahaha. more photos at my multiply if you want to see the goofballs that we were while in sing :)

and when evening came, we went back with the guys for a metrophoto group hug (or group photo) with singapore's beautiful view of the esplanade and the merlion. i love that i get to do a couple of long exposure shots too! :)
